Autumn Photography at Drottningholm Palace Park
Few places capture the beauty of Stockholm in autumn like Drottningholm Palace Park. Located on the island of Lovön, this royal park offers endless photo opportunities. Photographers can explore both the formal Baroque gardens with their symmetrical lines and the English Park, where winding paths, old statues, and open meadows provide endless composition possibilities.
In October, the park transforms into a canvas of warm tones — gold, red, and amber — perfect for landscape and nature photography. Early mornings often bring a light mist over the water, creating soft, dreamlike conditions ideal for atmospheric shots.
The Palace Park is easily accessible with bus.
