1.2. Our primary service is the sale of photography prints. All products are printed on demand, which may result in a processing time of up to 10 days before shipping.

2. Order Process

2.1. When placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information.

2.2. Once your order is confirmed, we will send an order confirmation via email.

2.3. Orders are subject to product availability. In the rare event that an ordered print is unavailable, we will notify you and offer an alternative or a full refund.

2.4. By placing an order, you accept that the product is printed on demand, which may delay the processing time by up to 10 business days before the product is ready for dispatch.

3. Pricing and Payment

3.1. All prices displayed on the website are inclusive of VAT, as required by Swedish law.

3.2. Shipping costs are not included in the product price and will be calculated at checkout.

3.3. Payment can be made via the payment methods provided at checkout. We ensure that all payment transactions are secure and processed in compliance with the GDPR.

4. Shipping and Delivery

4.1. As we print on demand, there is a production time of up to 10 business days after the order is placed before the product is ready for dispatch.

4.3. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers or events beyond our control (e.g., customs delays or natural events).

5. Right of Withdrawal

5.1. According to Swedish and EU law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, except for custom-made or personalized items (such as prints made to order).

6.1. Custom-made prints or personalized items are non-refundable, except in the case of a manufacturing defect or damage.

6.2. Please ensure all specifications for custom orders (e.g., dimensions, cropping) are correct before finalizing the order, as these items cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.

7. Defective or Damaged Products

7.1. If you receive a faulty or damaged product, please contact us within 14 days of receipt with a description of the issue and photos of the damage.

7.2. You are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund as per Swedish consumer laws. If the item is damaged or defective, we will cover the return shipping costs.
