If you are unsatisfied with your purchase or have any issues, we offer a refund policy in accordance with Swedish consumer laws (Konsumentköplagen and Distansavtalslagen). Please review the following terms:

1. Right of Withdrawal

Under Swedish law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day you receive your order. To exercise this right:

  • Notify us via email at joakim@befintligtljus.com with your order number and reason for return.

  • The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made or personalized prints (e.g., prints made to order based on specific dimensions or requests).

2. Return of Items

If you choose to withdraw from your purchase:

  • The item(s) must be returned in their original condition (undamaged and in the original packaging).

  • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is faulty or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we cannot be responsible for items lost during return shipping.

3. Refund Process

  • Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item(s), we will issue a refund within 14 days.

  • If the item has been handled in a way that diminishes its value, we reserve the right to deduct an amount reflecting the reduced value.

  • Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.

4. Faulty or Damaged Products

If you receive a faulty or damaged print:

  • Contact us within 14 days of receipt with a description of the issue and photographs showing the damage.

  • You are entitled to a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs, as per Swedish consumer laws.

5. Custom Orders

Custom-made prints and personalized items are non-refundable, except in cases of damage or manufacturing defects. Please ensure all details of your custom order are correct before finalizing the purchase.
