Stockholm in Focus - A guided evening & night photography tour

You know how to use your camera. What you want is to know where, and when to point it.

This isn’t a photography class. It’s a local’s map to Stockholm’s best light after dark. Over 3 - 4 hours, we’ll move through the city as golden hour fades into blue hour and the lights come on, from the narrow, glowing lanes of Gamla Stan to the classic skyline view from Monteliusvägen, the water at Riddarfjärden, and a final stop built for long exposures and city lights in full dark.

Whether you’re visiting Stockholm for the first time or you’ve lived here for years and are ready to see it differently, this tour is built around the same idea: the right place, at the right time, makes all the difference.

What to expect

  • Small groups, enough room to set up a shot without a crowd in your frame

  • A handful of carefully chosen locations, timed to the light, not rushed

  • Local insight on composition, timing, and conditions at each stop

  • Optional one-on-one help with night-specific settings (long exposure, low-light focus, mixed lighting) if you want it

  • Free shooting time at every stop

Good to know

  • A tripod is recommended for the later, low-light stops. Not required, but you’ll get more out of them with one

  • Route and timing adjust with the season, since blue hour shifts dramatically between Stockholm summers and winters

  • Duration: 3 - 4 hours

  • Price: 1,500 SEK per person

  • Group price: 1,000 SEK per person for groups of 5
